Our cutting board is made from TPU materials which make the surface extremely scratch resistant. Even after months of regular use, it will look almost brand new. All that, does not allow bacteria to breed anywhere on the board. In addition, just by pouring boiling water on it, you will kill up to 99.6% of any bacteria that might have gotten attached. The material also keeps the knife edge sharp and will not damage or dull the blade. To top it all off, it is incredibly practical; you have a big surface to work with, and the board has a nice heft to it, so it does not feel like you are cutting on paper. When you are done cutting, the board is flexible enough so you can lift it and fold it to pour out its contents.
